Camp is intended for all high school players who will be going out for Urbandale Volleyball in 2023.  Individual, group and team concepts will be taught with a focus on fundamentals and advanced skill technique. (For students entering grades 9th – 12th). Coach:  UHS Volleyball Staff.

TEAM SUMMER WORKOUT DATES / TIME:

• DATES:  Mondays & Wednesdays, June 5 – June 28, 2023 (8 Sessions)
  • (June 5, 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26, 28)

  • 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM (Grade 9)
  • 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM (Grades 10-12)

HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL CAMP:

• DATES:  Monday, July 31 – Wednesday, August 2, 2023 (3 Sessions)
• TIME:  7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (Grades 9-12)
• LOCATION:  Urbandale High School - South Gym (7111 Aurora Ave)
