J-Hawk Skills Basketball Camps are a great way to introduce your young athletes to the sport of basketball.  The sessions will foster fundamentals, knowledge of the game, physical fitness and gross motor skills, in a positive and encouraging environment. Coach Tennal coaches many camps in the Des Moines area.
