Camp is intended for all middle school players who will be going out for Urbandale Middle School Volleyball in 2023.  Individual, group and team concepts will be taught with a focus on fundamentals and advanced skill technique. (For students entering grades 7th – 8th). Coach:  UHS Volleyball Staff.
